| Customer Reviews: Expensive but necessary July 12, 2010 Leslie H. Schwartz (Plano, Texas) I resisted getting this applicator and the mixer modules until I received the two cartridge assembly itself in my case DP-8005. And I had to order the 10 to 1 plunger needed for DP-8005 as well from another cite because I could not find it on Amazon.
Seeing the two cartridge glue part, there is no way you can get this done, mix in the right ratios and apply the epoxy manually.
It is really expensive but perhaps with reuse of the applicator, the purchase price will seem less of a hurdle.
So to glue some polypropylene I needed;
1 two part glue cartridge ~ $29
2 set of six mixing nozzels ~ $12
3 plunger 10:1 ~ $9
4 mixing applicator gun ~ $48
total, close to $100.
