Very permanent August 24, 2010

I use these for marking on crab trap floats that spend the majority of their time bobbing around in the waters of the Chesapeake Bay. The markings stay dark and bold for at least 2 years under these conditions, and I have many that are 4-5 years old that still don't need touch-up. If you're looking for a marker that needs to be permanent even under harsh circumstances like these, then this is the marker for you.

Does a great job writing big, in permanent ink. Smells of chemicals, but that's to be expected from such a large marker. It's just the normal chemicals used to make the ink I'm sure. I'd buy it again if the price was right.

It's a big honkin black marker. Works like a charm writing on 2x2 posts I use in the garden to mark plantings.
