I bought this item to my wife who recently got an Ipad. After several complaints about how bad this product was I decided to try myself and guess what?? It is really bad. Looks good but that's it. Does not hold Ipad in place. It easily could slip out the case. Non secure. It wont stand up. Waste of money. Be better with rubber case. Although, wont make item stand up, will protect it better.

The size is a bit small (careless measurement), so the sides of the ipod screen are squeezed. Then a single stitch (cheapout) clearly says poor quality. The leather is low quality, too. On the good side, the design works well, and having the "stand" makes the iPod more convenient and practical. Had l seen this product before it arrived, l would have looked for higher quality leather, workmanship and measurement.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE LOOK OF THE FRAME AND HOW THE IPAD FIT INTO IT UNTIL I DISCOVERED THAT THE FRAME ACTUALLY COVERED SOME OF THE SCREEN MAKING IT IMPOSSIBLE TO ACTIVATE SOME OF THE MENUS ON THE UNIT. THIS NOW SITS ON A SHELF UNUSED REPLACED BY APPLE'S MADE FOR IPAD COVER.

The cover fits well and I like being able to use the stand. I thought there was a pocket to hold a few notes, but was wrong. That was an assumption, but it would be a great improvement. Otherwise, a good product.
